PHI provides services, based on proven principles of risk management and steady income generation, for several sub-advised products ranging from options to equities to commodities. In addition to market expertise, PHI employs proprietary technology systems to monitor the market and assist its principals with investment decisions specific to its defined strategies. Pacini Hatfield Investments, LLC was formed in 2013 and its principals have been practicing their respective areas of financial and technology expertise since 2004.
PHI's strategies engage in alternative investments which seek to provide consistent, positive returns regardless of market changes. As Chief Compliance Officer, David is responsible for the operational functions, technology systems and data analytics that support the PHI investment strategies.
David graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2006 with a B.S.E. in Computer Systems Engineering from the Ira A. Fulton School of Engineering at Arizona State University. He also holds a M.S. in Information Management from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, earned in 2012.
Since 2004, David has gained extensive knowledge and experience developing and maintaining critical information system applications for industries highly governed by compliance activities. He has been instrumental in designing and deploying web-based, database-driven, business intelligence, and data analytics applications to manage enterprise compliance activities and enterprise information, and to extract and analyze enterprise data patterns. Successful implementations have improved business worker productivity and provided management with strategic performance metrics.
David also has several years' experience in management and administration of not-for-profit organizations committed to increasing and enriching engineering student involvement. These positions include technical leadership and organizational management positions and duties at the national and local levels.
